There’s nothing predictable about Sects Shop, other than the obvious pun, which is a lot of fun when you’re asking for directions to the store. In conventional Singapore, Sects is all about rebellion, sometimes throwing light on sub-culture and punk fashion. The street luxe and brand-conscious might be disappointed, as there isn’t the usual fare of hyped street wear. Instead, find only up-and-coming plus off-the-radar labels that are too hip to be found on any mainstream stops.
